The Groove Doctors played at the Cornerstone Fellowship  in Livermore CA last Saturday night. The event was hosted by Cornerstone’s's Singles Ministry and was called Focus Dinner for 6. There were activities were such as changing tables that allowed the attendees to interact and meet even more people than they would have otherwise. I didn’t get the name of the caterer, but there was some great food for both appetizers and dinner. Of course, there was also the music, and the GROOVE Doctors had the 125 attendees on the dance floor the first song to the last.

The Singles Ministry is led by Dave Matas at Cornerstone and the person who hire us for the event was Paul Schaffer. Dave and Paul are two of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Come to think of it, everyone I have ever met at Cornerstone is one of the nicest people I have ever met, they are just a group of really great people.

Cornerstone is a gigantic Christian congregation with over 7,000 members and a state of the art worship hall.
